Artwork Requirements

What is "Camera Ready" artwork?

Please submit your files in the following format:

Adobe Illustrator files (.ai or .eps)
 - Artwork should be set using spot color CMYK if possible.
 - All type used in design must be converted to outlines or the typeface used must be attached to an email

Adobe Photoshop files (.psd)
 - Artwork should be created to desired print size at an image resolution of 300 dpi.
 - Supply original layered photo shop file.
 - Attach a rendered jpg at 300dpi for reference

Disclaimer: The following types of files are not considered camera ready:
 - jpg files
 - Microsoft Word files
 - Microsoft Power Point files
 - Customer provided trademarked designs, must have the appropriate paperwork to provide “approval” as Gryco assumes no responsibility in trademark/copyright disputes.

Notice: Any submission of art files not in the file formats mentioned above will require reworking the artwork and will result in an hourly art rate. Artwork fees are $50.00/hr and camera ready artwork is subject to a $25 processing fee per design.

Build It Yourself

What is Build It Yourself?
Build It Yourself allows you to select your product, create your own artwork, select your sizes and complete your order online. Gryco Sportswear will print exactly what you have ordered and ship to you in 7-10 business days.

How do you use Build It Yourself?
 1. Click on the Build It Yourself link - click here

 2. Select the product from the "Build It Yourself" module.
  a. Choose your product
  b. Choose your product color

 3. Create your design. You can either create from text and clip artwork or upload your own design.

 4. Select sizes and quantity.

 5. Checkout. Fill out customer information and payment.

ORDER STATUS

Has my order shipped?
Click the Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders that have been placed. Then click the Change Quantities/Cancel Orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipping, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
Click the Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

MY ACCOUNT

How do I create an account?
Click the My Account/Order Status link at the top right side of our site.
Enter your email address.
Select “I am a new customer”
Then follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is never sold to any other company and is kept private.

I forgot my password?
Click the Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you will see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you with your password.

Can I print a design on a garment that you don't have available in the Build It Yourself module?

Embroidery - Digitizing Charge

What is digitizing?
Digitizing is a term used to calculate the number of stitches required to sew your logo. A disk is made of your design and used to sew the design onto your selected garment. This is a one time fee.

Ink Colors

What ink colors do I have to choose from?
Gryco Sportswear offers several standard ink colors to choose from. If you have a specific PMS color that you need to match, additional charges will apply. Gryco Sportswear also offers specialty inks.

Letterman Jackets

How do I place an order for Letterman Jackets?
On the Gryco Sportswear Home Page, go to the Buy Online section. In the vertical bar is a graphic of a letterman jacket. Click on the jacket and this will guide you through the customization process and ordering your jacket. Turnaround time is approx 4 weeks from receipt of order and payment.

Placing an Order

What is bulk?
Bulk is when you place an order for 24+ pieces and your order is boxed and folded in groups of 12. This is the least expensive way to place an order.

What is basic?
Basic is when Gryco Sportswear creates an order form for your organization. The order form is distributed by the customer to the organization for individual ordering. Once all orders are collected, the contact returns them to Gryco Sportswear. We then individually fill all orders and bundle individually. The contact will have an easy distribution.

What is beyond?
Beyond is when Gryco Sportswear creates and order form for your organization. The order form is distributed by the customer to the organization for individual ordering. Cancellations and Changes

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Gryco Sportswear reserves the right to commence production upon receipt of your order. Any additions would be considered a reorder. Any deductions are subject to a restocking fee.

What are the various products you have to choose from?
Click here to view our online Sportswear Catalog and Promotional Products Catalog. In addition, we have several other catalogs on hand for other apparel and promotional products. We can email or mail to you upon request.

Production Time

How long does it take to complete an order?

Bulk – 7-10 business days from invoice approval, artwork approval and payment.

Basic – 20 business days from invoice approval, artwork approval and payment.

Beyond – 30 business days from invoice approval, artwork approval and payment.

Build It Yourself – 7-10 business days from placement of online order.

*Please note: lead times may vary when using custom products.

Reorders

Is there a set up charge on reorders?
There are no artwork or screen charges for reorders. There will be a set up charge of $15.00 per screen used in the previous order.

Personalization

Can I embroider my name on a garment?
All sweats and outerwear apparel have the option of personalization. One name $7.00 and Full Name $12.00.

Pricing

How much will it cost to get a t-shirt custom printed?
Your cost is based upon the quantity, color and quality of the garment as well as the number of colors in your design and the print locations of each design. Please call or email us for an exact quote.
