Acceptance of Orders
Orders are processed once we receive invoice approval, artwork approval and payment upon placement of order.
Gryco Guarantee
Gryco guarantees quality products and quality workmanship on all merchandise. The finest inks are used, but exact color matches may slightly vary from computer monitor to actual merchandise. Some shrinkage in garments is unavoidable. To extend garment wear on printed merchandise, avoid washing in both a hot washer and dryer.

Minimums
Screen Printing - The minimum order is 24 pieces of the same design and color.
If you choose to order online with Build It Yourself, the minimum order is 12 pieces. Reorder minimums follow the same policy.
Embroidery – The minimum order is 24 pieces of the same design and color. Any reorders for embroidery can be processed with 12 pieces.
Over/Under Runs
To maintain quality control, we reserve the right to 5% over or under the quantity ordered and billed accordingly. This is an industry standard and must be considered as fulfillment of the order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Money Order. With prior approval, purchase orders are also accepted.
Product Substitution
At times, especially during peak season, exact brand merchandise may be limited. We reserve the right to substitute with equal or better quality to complete your order. This policy will enable you to provide all merchandise for your event.
Production Time
Bulk – 7-10 business days from invoice approval, artwork approval and payment.
Basic (order form process with up to 5 garments) – 20 business days from invoice approval, artwork approval and payment.
Beyond (order form process with up to 10 garments) – 30 business days from invoice approval, artwork approval and payment.
Build It Yourself (online ordering) – 7-10 business days from placement of online order.

Return Policy
Claims of defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Custom and Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for refund, except when due to defect.
Returned Check Policy/Disputed Credit Cards
There is a $30.00 charge for any returned check. This may result in another form of payment, cashier’s check or money order.
There is a $30.00 change for any incorrect disputed credit cards.
Sales Tax
All orders are required to pay sales tax unless, you can provide a copy of a valid state resale license or your organization is tax exempt.
Shipping
All goods are bulk packed and shipped in proper packaging. Most orders ship UPS Ground from Walnut Creek, California. Gryco Sportswear does not assume responsibility for delays caused by conditions beyond our control, eg. shipping, or manufacturer delays, etc. If your order is for a specific event, please advise if rush shipping is needed.
Freight estimates given by Gryco Sportswear are not guaranteed and are subject to change as rates can fluctuate.
Online orders over $300.00 and shipping within the United States, will receive free shipping.
